it's just not natural

but it feels sooo right
I swear
you jump in this tiny little metal cylinder and presto, 1000 miles fly by and you are sitting in a cafe in a totally different city, in a totally different state, and looking out at the same sun and just relaxing. No work done, no long drives or crazy waits. It just...happens. Almost to you, time and space acts upon you.
And I still can't reconcile how I can sit in this oakland cafe and feel just as natural and at home as I do in a portland cafe that morning. How my center can be seamless and transitory. I don't know.
The big world becomes smaller every day and our reach more vast. Here I am. An arm in each city, wind at my back?
And how does it feel, really? It feels like freedom.
